How Pinealon is studied

In published research, Pinealon was reported to limit reactive-oxygen-species accumulation and necrotic cell death in cerebellar granule cells, neutrophils, and PC12 cells under oxidative stress, with delayed ERK1/2 activation and cell-cycle modulation, leading the authors to propose direct interaction with the genome. A rat prenatal hyperhomocysteinemia model reported improved offspring spatial learning and reduced neuronal ROS, and a review proposed entry into cells and binding to histones or RNA, with downstream effects on MAPK/ERK, caspase-3, p53, SOD2, and GPX1. These findings come from cell and animal models; corresponding mechanisms in humans are not established.

Ordered pinealon after the huberman episode mentioned it, mostly because two of our PhD students wouldnt stop asking. Product side is fine, cultures happy enough. The transit was the issue, 16 days to brisbane with a week stuck at a sorting hub somewhere in between, and the tracking page didnt update for most of it. If you are in australia order well ahead.
