30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Miro Biotech, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We want every researcher to have complete confidence in the materials they use.

Eligibility

The following situations qualify for a full refund or replacement:

• Unopened Products - Items returned in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.
• Damaged Shipments - If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
• Wrong Items - If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for the return and send the correct item immediately, or issue a full refund if preferred.

Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

1. 1Contact Support - Contact us via email (team@mirobiotech.com), WhatsApp (+1 628 268 8509), or Telegram (@mirobiotech) with your order number and reason for the return.
2. 2Receive RMA Number - Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
3. 3Ship Your Return - Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided with your RMA. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. 4Refund Processed - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Opened or Reconstituted Products - For safety and quality reasons, products that have been opened, reconstituted, or tampered with cannot be returned.
• Bulk & Custom Orders - Orders placed at bulk or wholesale pricing, as well as custom synthesis requests, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
