Customs & Duties
We handle customs clearance on your behalf with expedited processing. For most countries, your order will arrive with no additional fees. In rare cases, the following may apply:
- Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These vary by destination and are determined by local authorities.
- If applicable, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
- All packages are labeled as “research materials” with accurate declared values.

Shipping Issues
Every shipment is fully insured. If something goes wrong, we will make it right:
- Damaged Package. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
- Lost Package. If tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days, contact us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong or Missing Items. Reach out immediately and we will resolve it at no additional cost.
