Every order ships free worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-12 business days of dispatch, depending on destination.
Worldwide Coverage
Ships to over 100 countries. Most orders arrive without any extra fees or steps from you.
Insured Shipments
Every order is fully insured during transit. If anything goes wrong, we will replace or refund at no cost.
Discreet Packaging
All peptides ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials with plain, unmarked outer packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit.

Order Processing
Here is what happens after you place your order.

- 5Delivered. Your package arrives in discreet, plain outer packaging.
Additional Information
Local Duties
For most countries, your order arrives with no additional fees or steps from you. In rare cases, the following may apply:
- In rare cases, some countries may apply local duties or import taxes determined by their authorities.
- When applicable, those fees are paid directly to the carrier or local authority and are not included in the order total.
- All packages are labeled as “research materials” with accurate declared values.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to:

Shipping Issues
Every shipment is fully insured. If something goes wrong, we will make it right:
- Damaged Package. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
- Lost Package. If tracking shows no movement for 14+ business days, contact us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong or Missing Items. Reach out immediately and we will resolve it at no additional cost.
